$LDI loanDepot, Inc.

I have been slowly adding to my position of $LDI. Key reasons. Anthony Hsieh, the founder and chairman of the board, was named permanent CEO. This guy knows his shit; just look him up. They did 23 billion in loans last year. In 2020 they did 100 billion. We all know eventually interest rates will be going down, which means loans go up, which means, you guessed it, stock prices go up. Customers love them; look at the reviews. They have multiple job openings; they are getting ready for an uptick in borrowing. I strongly believe we could see a PT of $8.00 or higher down the road.
