Working on brand logo mark Either Way (E.W.)

Did a few sketches but overall came up with this concept which I think does a pretty good job at incorporating the brand idea “Streetwear that embraces every path, knowing they all lead to the same destination.” Something to me feels off. I love the usage of the arrows. But I just wanted opinions on the icon itself and does it read as a E.W. (My main goal was to try and create something visually appealing while staying away from the word EW) once finished gonna pop it in illustrator and take it from there.
